Annually, the CGHC strives to offer stallions breeding's in our on-line auction as a fundraising event. If you would like to offer your quality Stallion in our annual on-line auction, please contact: Samantha VanSickle: Starfiregypsy@gmail.com
california Gypsy Horse Club stallion auction rules
1. Buyer may not resell the stallion's services without the express permission of the stallion's owner
2. For all breeding’s sold in the CGHC Stallion Service Sale, Buyer will pay all collection, shipping costs, container deposits, AI, & mare care where applicable, in addition to the Stallion Breeding Fee.
3. It is the responsibility of the Mare owners to abide by each individual Stallion's Breeding contract. 1
4. Stallion Owners must approve any Mare before purchase of the Breeding by the Mare owner. Stallion Owners reserve the right to not to approve any mare for any reason or cause without explanation. The Stallion Service Sale Coordinator will serve as intermediary between the Stallion Owner and Buyer.
5. Stallions Owners donating their Stallions Service will receive a complimentary advertising package for the donation of their Stallion.
6. It is the responsibility of the Mare owner to request a Semen motility report, if available, before purchase.
7. Third party purchases of Stallion Service Sale breeding’s are not permitted.
8. There will be no refunds under any circumstances.
9. All proceeds from this sale will be used by the CGHC to promote and sponsor shows and events throughout California
